Celeste Crowley
My name is Celeste Crowley. I have more than 23 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. I am committed to providing highly personalized primary care in a small, private practice designed to serve adults age 18 and older. My goal is to offer consistent, accessible care in an environment where patients are known, respected, and truly supported.
My philosophy centers on whole health – recognizing that lasting wellness is shaped not only by medical care, but also by nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, daily habits, environment, and meaningful relationships. My office staff and I are committed to partnering with our patients to help them understand their health, navigate the health care system with confidence, and make thoughtful decisions that support their health and happiness.
I have a special interest in preventative care and healthy living, including practical approaches to nutrition, regular exercise, and sustainable lifestyle choices. My practice is very intentionally small to remain personal, responsive, and relationship based. I am grateful for your support and confidence in me. Emily Wetson
My name is Emily Wetson. I am a medical assistant with a background in nutrition and patient care.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire and previously worked for two years as a dietary technician in a hospital setting. I supported patients’ nutritional needs and collaborated with clinical teams.
As a medical assistant, I support providers and help coordinate patient care by preparing patients for their visits and assisting with clinical tasks to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
I am passionate about promoting overall health and providing compassionate care to patients. In the future, I plan to continue my
education by pursuing nursing school to further expand my role in patient care.

Katie is a Medical Assistant with over 11 years of experience in primary care and is currently attending nursing school to further expand her knowledge and skills in healthcare. She is passionate about patient care and creating a welcoming experience for patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, and relaxing at the beach.

With over over 18 years of experience in healthcare, including nearly two decades in dermatology. I have always been passionate about helping people and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. My goal is to ensure our office is welcoming, organized, and focused on providing exceptional patient care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach with family and friends and making memories with my boy, Blu.
